What make of frame is this?

The seller claims that the bike on the link below is a Ragley. I don't think it is as the dropouts and disc mounting position don't look like Ragley's. The other thing that makes me think, that it isn't a Ragley, is because the seller seems vague.
So does anybody know what frame it is? Is it a Ragley or another manufacturer?

ask them for frame number and phone or email Ragley they will tell you if its one of there frames0

HI,
My Ragley has detachable cable grips and I think that they all do - this doesnt appear to have them....
Ask for a picture of the chain stays from underneath and see if it has the '3 finger' design - should give you a better idea.

it's a brand X jump trail frame I designed for CRC, and was made by the same factory that makes Ragley.
Hence the Ragley sticker.
It was at one point going to be called the Ragley Shitehawk.
