Is the Team worth the extra £110 over the Race?
I'm thinking so for the brakes, but what version of Fox's does the Team have?
I'd be happy with the Reba, MoCo and poplock...

The frame is the same, But the total build is a little lighter. The only other diff as you say are the uprated brakes and fox fork. (Fox 32 F100 RL ALPS)
Both LTD Team and Race are (i think) cracking.
Ive just test rode and ordered the Race with the upgrades.
I cant wait.

They're the same weight according to Cube website though! :?

LTD race(black) is 11.9 kg 26.1 (advertised of course)
LTD race (green) is 12.3kg ???? Paint weight according to the local dealer.
LTD team black = 12.3kg
LTD team blue ??

What you planning on using it for NM? Just wonder as I have one, and I'm now getting a different bike as I doesnt really suit my riding/ riding locations anymore0

I really wanted the One one whippet, but couldn't get it on my CTW scheme
I know its the opposition but MBR magazine have just done a super test at various price points.
Cube came out top at the 900 price point 9/10. But at 1000 i think some others came out well KHS i think

What do you folks think of the acid ? im fancying one because ive never seen any round here, and im thinking grey/green paint too. Reason being.....a lot of thieving bar stewards round my area and it'l be easy to recognise if it gets robbed !! And on the cube.eu website it says 100mm forks, but on my lbs website it says 80mm forks, as i cant get to my lbs cube stockist.....i aint been able to try one yet !! ?0

Sat on an LTD today, was very nice indeed But the lower spec model. Was on an 18" with the seatpost at almost full extension so I'd go for the 20".
Can't seem to find anything else that can match it for xc....0 -

Few issues though - don't like the chainset, don't want SRAM gearing and trying to avoid avids if I can! Lol!

Sell them and get summat different! 24lbs, is amazing weight for the price. Also should come with X0 and X9 not X7.

You sure the Boardman has x0/x9? I thought specs were able to change?0 -
Ring to make sure: the original was X0 and X9, and it says that in the description, but not in the tech spec.0

Any views on the chainset though? I don't really want to be swapping and changing stuff about tbh though.

Very good value, but I'd certainly upgrade the fork. The Tora/Recon is ok, but weighty, is not Moco and the rest of the build outclasses it.0

Yeah I thought that. Reba Race takes it out of my price bracket though I think esp as there is no finance.

as an alternative have you considered the Focus Black forest 3.0 XTR?. Take a look at Wiggle XTR,XT and Fox F100 very nice!!!0
