tora 302 no foam ring?

Am i correct in saying Tora 302 has no foam rings?

Just looking at fork and only has 1 seal on the lowers with what looks like a metal copper coloured wire just below the seal.

    just done the service and couldnt find any sign so i guess there isnt one.

    Wied thing though, on the spring coil there was a section of plactic around the bottom section of coil, wied, have no idea why that is there :?

    not all 2008 forks had foam rings.

    and the plastic might be a an anti rattle sleeve or something else. Hard to say with out pics.
