Which Wheel Sets?

Hello All!
I need some new wheels, what can you veteran riders suggest? I'm 105kg, have a 25mile commute, enjoy lengthy 70+ mile rides when I can and of course some touring with some quite weighty panniers. I need wheels that will withstand the punishment... My back wheel only lasted 1800 miles and 2 repairs before it was completely screwed. My front wheel needs replacing due to riding into the back of someone whilst not paying attention... Whoops!
So, what wheels would you suggest, around or preferably under the £200 mark?
