my current pump only goes to 160psi and the tubs (corsa cx evos) are rated upto 200psi - which pump are you guys using for high pressure tubs?

I would never DREAM of putting anywhere near 200psi in my tubs.

I run 140 MAX on the rear (and less on the front)

ah right, i've always pumped my clinchers to the max rating on the tyre, normally about 120, is this not the same for tubs?

nope, for on the road much lower than 200psi

it's not usual to run clinchers at max pressure either (unless you are pretty heavy)

best pressure depends on your weight as well as tyre size/type and riding conditions

if the pressure is too high, then unless the surface is really smooth the tyres just start bouncing off the irregularities and you lose grip/traction, plus the ride is poor, usually you'd run the front a bit lower than the rear

vittoria's pressure chart gives recommended front/rear pressures vs. weight...

for the evo cx tubs use the red section and add 0.5bar/7.5psi

Tyre manufacturers own testing suggests anything greater than about 7 bar is superfluous - mainly because you don't have a road-roller in front of you smoothing out the tarmac. Besides, what's the point of wanting the suppleness and feel of tubs and inflating them rock hard?
Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..

160 is WAY more than enough. If you must have 200 PSI or so(for the track) I'm thinking that Silca pumps are the way to go. My 30 year old one goes up to 220 on the guage.
Don't know if newer ones go that high or not.

You would be bouncing all over the road at 200psi.

Also check what the rims are rated to.

For tubs I don't think there is a rim pressure as there is no issue with the tubs trying to push the rim beadsa apart as with a clincher. The mega high pressures would potentially be for tracks but on road, I doubt anyone would put more than 140psi in even when it's a really good smooth surface for TT'ing on.
