bike fit again

Does anyone know the most affective method of recording/ saving your bike fit stats. ie; in case you need to relace your seatpost or change saddle etc. or is it hit and miss with a tape measure?After spending a substancial ammount of time and money on a Pro bike fit surely it cannot be as basic as tape measurements.

When I had a bike fit completed I got print out.

Thanx for your reply you have been more than helpful. Did your bike fit live up to your expectations or was it a complete waste of time and money.

Hi Chris, the bike fit was really worth it, at the time it cost me £75. But it got my saddle height correct (which instantly removed knee pain). Also it just made riding so enjoyable. Once i got home and went out for a ride it was really good - transfering power to the road via transmission as efficiently as possible. If you can afford it , go for it.

Yeh gonna go for it, get really bad back pain gym related so it may well help that issue. appreciate your imput.Doing the CAT and FIDDLE tommorrow hope it stays fine although rain and thunder are forecast. enjoy your ride if your out.
