Avid 180mm post mount

At present i have 185mm front post mount and want to convert to 180mm rotors as the rotors that i want are not in 185mm size. Avid dont do a 180mm post mount unfortunately, is there any way around this?

The only post mount i have found that shimano do is the xtr version on crc website. The rest are post to IS mount.
