pulsing freewheel

I swapped the wheel off my new focus cayo onto my commuter bike. I put the 9 speed cassette on and the cassette is pulsing when i pedal then let it freewheel.
Any ideas??

    Sounds like your cassette hub just needs a good flush and re-greasing. Probably the cogs are gummed up and not releasing as you freewheel.

    By pulsing I mean you can see the cassette move slightly forward and backwards as it rotates.
    It's a brand new wheel as well.
