I am now looking for an IS IS adaptor for the rear brake of my bike.

I currently have a 165mm rear rotor fitted, but am looking at fitting either a 180 or 185mm.

I may have a 180mm rotor spare if the bracket I have on order doesn't work on the front.

so this leads me to my question. Do the +20 A2Z IS-IS adaptors go from 15-20mm, 20-25mm or 15-25mm?

If they go down to 15mm, then i can use the 180mm disc, but if they start at 20mm, then i will need to get a new disc.

many thanks

adam

AD-486 caliper adapter allows you to use a larger diameter rotor ( 20-25 mm larger) for increased braking power. Fits most disc brake systems. For example: If your original rotor diameter is 160/165mm, by adding the AD-486 adapter to your fork (frame), You can now use a 180-185mm diameter rotor!

    so +20 +5mm

cheers for that, dont know how i didnt see it.

looks like I will have to send that disc back if the adaptor doesnt work and buy a pair of 185mm wavey hope mini discs.
