So my build is almost complete, just waiting on a couple of things

Santa cruz chameleon medium frame
Marzoochi drop off's (2002 intend to replace next year but their strong & work)
Stans crest on superstar switch evo hubs (SS skewers) with Schwable rockets rons
Avid ultimate disc brake set
Azonic single wall riser bars
ODI lock on shortened grip with superstar lock rings / caps & ti bolts
Specialized cold forged stem
FSA XL II headset
USE seatpost with ti bolts (old style)
superstar seat clamp with ti bolt
Selle Italia SLR XC saddle
Wellgo MG-1 with ti axles (extremely light)
XT crank arms with blackspire chainrings
Token bottom bracket (although cheap they never last anyway & these are light)
XO twist shift with ally clamp bolts
XT front & rear mechs
PG990 cassette
PG970 CHAIN

Er so you have a pile of bits, not quite a build yet.
Should probably post in the Your Mountain Bike section though.

yeah suppose u could look at this way, but frame & wheels are on order (the spec wont change)

well frame has been a 10 week painful wait but due any day. Had a little trouble with SS insisting on the use of sapim nipples which i had to source from germany (because i wanted green ones)

Sounds like a nice build, look forward to seeing the pics.
You wont be dissapointed by the frame and wheels, running almost the same myself.
