Hi All,

Hoping someone can help, I have recently got a bike and I'm interested in doing some trails/bike parks etc.

a lot of these place require a helmet, which is all well and good, however, I need the equivalent of around 4XL !!!!!!!!!!! My head measures around 66 cm, so Im guessing around a 67 cm woudl be awesome.

I woudl like both a full face and an open face (dirt/street) style! any ideas/help at all pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeease!!

Thanks!

    i hear your pain mate

i too have a massive head and struggled to find a helmet that didnt make me look like an idiot

reality is that the style you are looking at getting will make your head look even bigger

i went for a Specialized one in the end

not cheap, but reasonably low profile and stupid light

That's not going to be as protective as a piss pot or a full face. However specialized helmets in general are pretty generous size wise so I'd say their range is worth a look.

I too have a giant head! Went to loads of shops before I found one that fit!

From what I can find out the Specliazed helmet recommend above only goes up to 63cm for the large? Not sure if that's big enough for you but if it is, there's a much cheaper and slightly larger alternative that I bought, the Bell XLV, which also goes up to 65cm i think:

Hope you find one big enough in the end!
