Am upgradeing from alu to carbon road bike,i will be using the bike for the odd race and tt(with clip ons)and summer rides.
So the position of the bike has to be quite racey.
my current bike is a bianchi via narone which is a c2c frame.
for around £2000.00 WHICH BIKES OFFER THE BEST POSITION AND VALUE IN YOUR EYES.

How long is a piece of string kenniff?
My advice would be to go and try as many as you fancy, and choose the right size so the bike is comfortable. This makes more sense than just measuring yourself and ordering a bike of the net.0
