When to replace chain rings

I'm not sure whether I need to repalce my chain rings. I definitely think the inner needs to replacing as I'm getting chain suck. Also think the middle needs doing too. I was wondering what folk think.

Finally is there much difference between deore and SLX or XT rings or is it jsut weight issues.
