Is this lube safe for using with Avid brakes?

Bought some today and don't want to risk screwing up the seals again :x I figure its silicone based so should be fine.

Two reasons: a stiff lever and a stuck piston.0

If the seals are swollen will they need replacing or will a good clean sort them?0
