upgrade by disk size, help needed with a quick question

i recently bought from ebay an aapter to upgrade my disk size from 160 to 180 however i came to realise i had the wrong type of bracket or fitment as this was for is and i do not have this on the front forks only the rear, not a major issue as i will upgrado the rears but i wanted to upgrade the fronts, is there an adaptor that can do this and if so does anyone have a link to what i would need.

    the forks are suntour xcm and the brakes are Tektro Auriga comps hopw this helps

    so both are post mount. so you need a post to post 180mm mount,
