Wheel advice - budget

I'm just about to start on building up a Planet X Uncle John frame and forks and am looking at wheels. I don't have a huge budget but wondered what people would recommend for around £100.
I'm currently thinking of a pair of Shimano RS10 or RS20 wheels, which Merlin are doing for a good price. The Fulcrum Racing 7 wheels are a similar price too.
Any opinions?
