Hi everybody,
just got back from a bike ride-in the back of my dads car. the freewheel has failed completely to the point of back pedaling and forward pedaling do absolutely nothing at all, not even a click. the said freewheel is from my mondraker 2010 podium and is their own brand "onoff" wheelset that came with it. i bought the bike new just 4 months ago and have done 690 miles (just before it broke)
so where do i stand? will it be a warranty job? as ive nearly got all the money together to get myself a new set of wheels would it be worth just asking for money off a new set?
any ideas would be brilliant!
thanks again everybody!
Ben

Contact the retailer, should be a warranty job (either repair or replacement).0

Not withstanding any faults disclosed at the point of sale, the purchase price and intended use: In law any fault identified in under 6 months can be deemed to exist at the point of sale. So its for them to prove that you abused it rather than you saying you didn't.0
