Quality mtb hire in Peak District/London

I've got some mates coming up to visit me in the Peaks from London and two of them need to hire mountain bikes. There used to be a top guy in Hayfield (only 3 miles from me) who had a fleet of On-One Inbreds but he's stopped doing it.

I'm drawing a complete blank finding anyone who hires out decent mountain bikes.. anybody got any ideas?

The other option is for them to hire in London and bring them up but again it all seems to be hybrids etc.

    The only hire I know of is at Ladybower.BSOs and only for riding around the dams :roll:
    18 bikes in Hope let you Demo bikes but I thinks it's quite expensive unless you actually purchase a bike.

    hire of MTB bikes is pretty much 0 in london tbh only bikes you going to get are these

    Other than that demo bikes but they are insane costly to hire out and require booking in advance.

    have word with any local shops maybe they can get some demo bikes in for you?

    A shop near me doesn't keep any demo stock but sometimes they can source a demo bike from the distributor
