Waiting for Tesco to deliver shopping, then hitting trails for first time in like 4 months, then it's off to nan's house to sit in the sun and consume alcohol.

No cycling today as in so much pain after doing maggies bike & hike. 30 miles mtb followed by 43 mile walk took 21 hrs including 4 hrs of stops. Feet and legs are knackered so walking like I have had an accident!

Just downloaded my garmin and in was 21,000 ft of hills - with downhills being the worst on the walk.

So today is rest legs whilst doing an assignment which is due Tuesday :(

Well today is going to have to be yesterday. Or should that be yesterday is going to be today?

I don't know. I think I may still be slightly skunked.

I need to roast some lamb today/yesterday. And try NOT too get skunked. Otherwise it will be fried eggy bread and bacons for tea. (Again).

    Love n hugs

Got the short straw and I am in the office today. Feeling as rough as the proverbial badger as I didnt get in till 2 last night and toothache kicked in 10 mins after I crawled into bed. Hopefully it will be quiet enough today so I can have a wee snooze at my desk, falling this I may have to go on a fried pig product locating mission.

Thinking a ride out after dinner, may head up to Rivington
What if your dreams and fears existed in the same place? What if to get to heaven, you had to brave hell? What if everything you've ever wanted cost you everything you've ever achieved? Would you still go there?

Sitting in the sunshine out of the wind on the patio eating crusty bread, homemade roast beef, salad and cheese listening to a Small Faces compilation on the pod.

Beer is cooling down nicely in the fridge and later we will spend a lot of time doing sod all apart from talk, listen to lots of music and slowly get hammered.

    Good afternoons

Just got back from teh Dyfi, lovely cuts on my face thanks to the cnut who thought he could try and overtake me at the narrowest part of the particular chute we were riding down.

New wheel also needs truing after yesterday, I'm back off to uni tomorrow at 6.30 so I guess it'll have to wait until I get back.

Now I'm off to do something, not sure what, I imagine it will be pointless and dull.
