I'm going to have a go at fitting an all travel spacer to my Lyriks. Other than the spacer, suspension oil and Judy butter grease do I need anything else? Any other tips would be nice too.

just follow the info in the service info. it lists everything you need from tools to oils.

Cheers Nick, any recommendations on what suspension oil (15wt) or seal grease if any better than SRAM own stuff?

TF Tuned do a lower lube kit with lower mix for the fork lowers and grease

or a 35mm RockShox Refresh Service Kit with new seals etc for the lowers and the lower lube kit combined

Thanks, the seals and wipers are in good condition. I just needed to open them up to insert a travel spacer. I don't normally mess with the forks and left it up to the LBS before to service them and the like before. Thought I'd have a go myself this time and really quite simply hardest part was getting the suspension oil on a bank holiday Monday. Phoned All Terrain Cycles up to ensure they had some and the right weight, gets down there and they didn't, tossers. Ended up at Chevin Cycles who I've never used before and can't praise them enough. Even though they didn't have the right weight on the shelves they got me enough from the workshop to allow me to do the job done, top bunch of lads.
