tricep/bicep pain, reason???

Have recently got a new bad weather bike and am trying to set it up but keep getting upper arm and back pain. Anyone have any idea's why?
To help my back i raised my seat height but not sure about the arm pain
Summer: Condor Classico
Winter: Genesis Ather

    Too much weight going through your arms to the bars?

    or

    More vibration being absorbed?

    Sounds like too much weight going through your arms and shoulders, could be caused if you're over reaching to the bars. So you could try a shorter stem.
