Probably silly question but having installed the external crankset m950 i just relised that you can see though the frame bottom bracket....

is this normal?

As you see from merlin site it hollow though the whole bottom bracket...i know what you thinking, hallow tech but it looks like a nice place for dirt ect to make a litle home so i wondered if this correct.....
