jumping flea front hub

had a crash the front wheel is spinning true and free but feels grainy the end caps have 2 or 3mm off play does anyone have a service manual for these or suggest a fix

    is this fitted to the fork or not?

    the cups do just pull out IIRC.

    When not fitted the caps have play but taking them of and putting back on they seem to be seated fine when wheel is in the forks (20mm quick release) the play is maybe 1mm spinning freely but still sounds grainy as though bearings are shot (max 150miles on this wheel)
