Quite simply a shower of cowboys.
Avoid at all costs. Took three weeks to post out my order then when I phoned them to enquire about exchange, said they couldn't as it was too long after the order was placed. Eventually got a returns number out of them, sent the items that needed exchanging back and they said they'd phone me when they got the order to discuss what needed changing. Yesterday a box turned up from them (having never spoken to me) containing the wrong shin/kneepads and a totally different brand of gloves (CCM instead of Easton)
Just spoken to a friend of a friend who says they have had his stick for a year now. It was sent in for repair then never seen of again. It would very much appear they have lost said stick and even gave the guy a fake tracking number after saying they had sent the stick back.
Their customer service is shocking and they simply do not seem to care.
