HEADSETS?!

OK so i have this frame http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Mode ... delID=8250
the Kinesis Maxlight Pha5e and I have these forks http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Mode ... elID=29839
the Rock Shox Domain 302 1.5"
I need a headset that allows me to fit them together is that possible??? And what headset?

    sorry bout the shouting but im freaking out cos ive just bought them and the dont fit together.
    is there any kind of headset that will allow me to use it in a 1.1/8" frame and use a 1.5" steerer fork?

  • Can't make something larger and not pliable fit into something in not pliable.

    Should return them to the place you bought them and buy another suitable fork.

    Think it's about time CRC put a big note on their ad that they don't fit most frames. This must be the 10th time that question's been asked. They must be getting fed up restocking them.

  • Mate, not being rude, they are sold as 1.5 forks. If you aren't sure of the difference in steerer types and what standard your frame is, you shouldn't be fitting them yourself. Go to a bike shop in the future to save yourself pain.

    *EDIT* Agree with you Cooldad! But if you are willing to drop that sort of coin on some forks, you think people would check! Also, if you don't know that 1.5s don't fit into 1.125 frames, I also wouldn't expect you to be able to fit a crown race, know how a headset fits together, cut a steerer tube, fit a star nut etc etc etc...
