route and trail finding

hi, did coed llandegla last week, had a great time it was fantastic riding and meeting new people, looking for a route or trail for this weekend within approx 100 miles of the west midlands any ideas please,
ps... done cannock a few times

    Heard and read forest of dean is good and within an hour and half of mids

    Lee & Cragg Quarries in Rossendale (bit different to many other trail centres) or at a push Gisburn Forest near Clitheroe, both north of Manchester.
    It's easier to ask for forgiveness than for permission.
