I use Fizik Microtex and while you can easily clean dirt off with baby wipes, I find that over time it gets stained by my gloves and there's nothing that'll remove the stains completely.

Works well on my white fizik microtex but as someone above has said, eventually the grime from gloves makes it impossible to clean and then its time for some new tape.

i use a cheap pre wash stain remover

I use Muc-off spray and then gently scrub the tape - works quite well but it will never be "as new clean"
