Personally I do both, at the same time, in order to maximise the amount of bacon I can get cooked before getting on with the activities that I have to do during the day, that and my frying pan isn't big enough to get all the bacon I need in at once.
When it comes down to it I think I prefer it fried though.0 -

i also like to fry beans, it saves on the washing up if you use the same pan for everything0
