does any of SRAM'a Red, Force, Rival and Apex 11-28 cassette compatible with shimano ultegra 6600 short cage RD, or any other shimano's short cage RD? must change with chain or not?

All SRAM road cassettes up to 28 teeth will be fine with an Ultegra set-up. Any good 10sp chain is OK. If your current one is getting on a bit or needs to be longer then get a new one.
