How to tighten campag shamal wheel bearings?

Can anyone advise me on how to tighten these rear wheel bearings?

You can get the info from the Campag website. Undo the lock ring on non drive side with an Allen key 3mm I think, just so its lose. Stick a 5mm Allen key in the drive side spindle to stop it turning as you tighten the cone very slightly on the non drive side. If you over tighten loosen the cone and give the end of the spindle a sharp tap, which loosens everything off, and start again. Once you have it to perfection tighten up the lock ring holding the spindle firm with the Allen key in the drive side.
