Front Mounted Bottle Holder

Hi
I have a Beone Leontien Womens Road Bike and I'd like to attach a mount to the front handle bars for a bottle holder, I don't have aerobars just normal drop bars.
If anyone knows what I need to buy and where from could you let me know. I've tried a few websites and I can't seem to find anything !

I bought one of these http://www.wiggle.co.uk/topeak-bottle-cage-mount/ and attached an old bottle cage I had lying around.
During my searching I discovered Raleigh do a handlebar mounted cage http://www.gooutdoors.co.uk/raleigh-han ... ge-p1371490 -
Topeak and Minoura do most things in a bottle cage kind of way.0
