Brake/gear lever rattle and one smaller issue

Folks

I have SRAM Rival brake lever on my bike. One side, when not on the hoods, rattles like a rattle snake in a Salvation Army collection tin. Is there (I'm sure there will be) a way to tighten it all up and stop this irritating racket?

...and the smaller issue. My track pump gauge has gone, is there anyway to fix this or is it guess work from now on?

Cheers

    1. Your brake should pull your shifter closed. Check the brake caliper to see if it returns all the way when you release the brake - if not, give it a good clean and try again.

    2. Find where it's gone to and bring it back. Or buy a new one. Difficult to diagnose with the amount of information you've given.
