MTB Routes around Builth Wells, Mid Wales

Hi Folks,

Any of you kind folks out there know of any good routes among the fantastic hills around Builth Wells Mid Wales?.

I have recently purchased a caravan at Hundred House and would like to ride some local trails. I have been out riding in the area and found some trails but they don't link very well and most of the ride was spent walking as trail became un-rideable.
