Old (?) Campag Nucleons

Chaps, I was rummaging through my late father in law's bike shed at the w/e and pulled out some old (?) Campag Nucleons (clinchers). Not sure of the age but they were a little tatty and an odd mix too: nice black rims, low spoke count with bladed spokes and some horrible black pastic hubs. They didn't spin that well so I figured that they probably needed some TLC on the bearings and a bit of grease, etc. Then again, are the bearings likely to be sealed so I will have to replace?

Thing is, has anyone any thoughts if this is worth it? The hubs (IMO) really do look cheap and part of me (the newbie part) says that I might be better off just replacing the hubs, but I don't want to rebuild both wheels if I can avoid it. Maybe the current hubs are a worthwhile investment of effort despite first impressions?

So, sort out bearings, build or bin?

Thanks.
