My Upgraded Hardrock

Hi there,
This is my 2010 hardrock disc, despite the pro frame I bought this as a base model 2010 hardrock disc last summer (spesh had run out of bikes so were cobbling them together from random parts, hence I got a pro frame with a standard disc spec, not complaining!), I've steadily replaced and upgraded parts as I've worn them out/ felt they limited my riding and now the only things that are stock are the seatpost, cranks and front mech!
The bike has been very good to me and has done everything from all day epics on the quantocks to commuting to uni to 60 mile road rides.
Apologies for the quality of the pics!
Out on the trail:
And a pic of the bike as it was when I bought it last July:
Spec:
Frame: Specialized Hardrock Pro 2010
Forks: Rockshox Tora 302 100mm coil.
Bars: Outland 680mm 25.4mm clamp (will be replaced at some point but I wanted to try some wider bars and these work cheap as chips, loving the wider bars/shorter stem combo!)
Stem: Exotic Meta 25.4mm clamp, 80mm, +/- 6 degree rise, a nice compromise length stem I find!
Headset: Stock
Grips: Specialized
Front Brake Lever assy: Juicy 3
Front Caliper: Juicy 3
Front disc: G2 160mm
Rear Brake Lever assy:Juicy 3
Rear Caliper: Juicy 3

Front Mech: Shimano Altus (will be replaced at some point but does the job fine at the moment!)
Rear Mech: Sram x7
Seat: Madison flux
Seat Post: Stock
Seat Post Clamp: Stock
Cranks: Sr Suntour XCT v2
Chainring(s): Sr Suntour (42,32,22)
Chain: Sram PG951
Cassette: Sram PG 950
Pedals: Shimano M520/DMR V8
Bottom Bracket: Stock
Front Wheel:
Rim: Mavic XC717
Spokes: DT Swiss Plain Gauge
Hub: Shimano XT
Tube: Specialized
Tire: Maxxis High Roller XC 2.1
Back Wheel:
Rim: Mavic XC717

Got my flats back on atm as I found I've been getting quite lazy technique wise in my spds!

I also have a hardrock and the same parts are the only stock ones on mine but the saddle is still standard and I have an SLX crankset which needs to be fitted.
My spec is:
SLX 9 speed groupset except front mech
Elixir R brakes
Hope pro2/ NoTubes Flow front wheel
SLX/NoTubes Crest rear wheel
Rockshox Tora forks
Shimano DX SPD pedals
Tyres change very frequently but curently on two Armadillo Elite Captains 2.0 as i kept getting punctures.0 -
