Replacement for Hope XC4 caliper on Hope Pro levers?

Does anyone know of a recent or current Hope caliper that's compatible with Hope Pro closed system levers that are about ten years old. I've stripped down the rear caliper from my wife's Santa Cruz Juliana to give it a full service but one of the pistons is seized and it's looking a lot like the caliper is fubar.
Cheers

You can blow the pistons out with compressed air and fit new seals - they are still available.0

Hi wheelygood, thanks for that, been there and done it. Have already replacd two seals in the other half of the caliper but this one is definitalely a dead parrot.
I'm thinking maybe the M4 so I've emailed Hope to get their view. Although that may be slightly different from the views on here.

Quoted from the Hope Disc brake installation & Service Manual Mono 6Ti M4 Mini.
The Mono Mini, Mono M4 and Mono6-ti, all using the Mini levers are open systems.

Under no circumstances should you use a Closed system caliper with an Open system
lever (and vice versa). A mismatched system will not work and result in brake failure.
There is an exploded parts diagram on the Hope website if its any help

The Tech and Moto systems also appear to be open systems. I'd ring and ask they might be able to help.Mountain: Orange Patriot FR, SubZero & Evo2LE.

Thanks very much for that information GTD, I'd not got round to looking at service manuals for new parts yet. It looks like I'll have to go for a full replacement of lever and caliper for the rear if I can't get a serviceable XC4 caliper. It's a pity really since they are well engineered and I hate to scrap anything like this. I'm still running some Avid Arch Supremes on an old Kona Lava Dome, I love the way they are engineered.

Thanks GTD. I've just sourced and paid £10 for an XC4 caliper, so hopefully I can get everything back in working order. I'm going to give the seized caliper a long soaking in penetrating fluid to try to free it up. I noticed a yellow film on the other pistons that I manged to extract when changing the seals on those pots. I'm guessing this is what's causing the seizing.0
