Stans Crest Spoke Tension

I've got Hope Hoops Evo on Stans Crest rims, and the spoke tension is something that makes me worry a little bit. The spokes were a bit loose out of the box in a sense that I could move the spokes with fingers with up to 1mm amplitude, I think. This applies to both drive and non-drive sides of front & rear wheels and does not differ whether the tyre is mounted, or not. The wheels ride ok though, but I haven't put that many miles on them so far.
I've read that Crest rims require lower spoke tension, but I'm still not sure if I should get the wheels to LBS for re-tensioning...

Even the tightest spokes will deflect a bit - in fact wheel builders grab them and squeeze to stress relieve them. And usually further than 1mm.0
