Anyone else running one of these, had mine for a few years now and it's getting harder and harder to keep it running smooth. Seems to be quite a bit of play around the bolt that fixes it to the hanger also.

yep, no problems on mine or any one elses.
strip it down and clean and regrase everything. maybe even change the jockey wheels0 -

hows the spring?
they're very very tightly sprung the saint's (hence the awesome "snap" into gear). I imagine that after a few years, its lose a bit of tension.
Not sure about spares, Madison would be your port of call.0
