Sheared pinch bolt fixes or a replacement single crown?

I recently picked up a bargain '06 Orange 224, only issue is the Boxxers are from 2002 and look like they've had a hard life. I'm told they've been serviced and seem to be holding up ok, my main concern is that the thread of 3 out the 4 pinch bolts on the axle have been sheared off so there's only one left in. Not really sure how to go about fixing these.
Does anyone have any ideas?
If its not possible, and if it is a big deal? I realise the forks are getting on a bit and am contemplating getting a single crown 180mm fork as it will help out loads on the twisty tracks we have round here. Are there any things i need to watch out for? compatibility/dimension issues?
Cheers, Matt
(p.s. does anyone have a really cheap 180 mm single crown they'd like to sell)

New lowers or new forks, but maybe give TF Tuned a call and see what they think.I don't do smileys.

Fair enough, anyone have any idea if i'll encounter any issues fitting a single crown fork to a 2006 224 frame? can't find any example of it being done.0

I'd suggest taking it to a good motorbike race prep shop. I've seen similar things to this done with helicoil inserts, which won't be anything like as much as a new fork.0
