Shimano 105 groupset gear problem

What could be wrong, my chain jumps to a lower gear if I hit a bump in the road.
I then loose pedalling power as I end up in wrong gear, what is wrong does it need to be checked by service guy or can I adjust myself

    Very easy, go to the Park tools website plus plenty of videos on Youtube.

    just need to use the barrel adjuster and it should sort your probelm out.
