  • 30 miles
    2 hours
    4 riders, 1 blown sidewall,
    pace felt really slow today.
0 pints of lubricant but 2x 750ml bottles of water

    and no tan

    Glorious day though.
Its Italian, its carbon.....and some lanky tool rides it.
  • I didn't realise you lot up north had to cycle so far just to get a decent beer in.

approx 8 metres (fridge to PC x 3)
    37 minutes
1 1/2 litres of LiDL Gulpenstumbel Pils

Knees look like they may have been out in the sun though it could be brake-block dust.

  • You boys should of done the Friday 120k, it was brutal in that heat and wind though. Couldn't get enough liquid inside me during the ride and after.

Well, maybe Markyboy. Are you still wearing both strap-ons?

As for the 120km ride - too fast and too early for me I'm afraid. Though I was tempted
