Which bottle cages are movable?

Has anyone bought bottle cages with many options for position? Where you can move the bottles higher or lower on the frame?
I have a 44cm frame with the typical issue that the ST bosses are way too high - so much so that even a side entry one is not viable with a large bottle, just a small 500ml one.
I'm thinking of actually bolting the upper cage hole to the lower frame hole and using a jubliee clip lower down.
But I'd still like a cage with elogater holes, or indeed several holes. Has anyone seen good versions of this type?
Thanks in advance!

My Elite plastic cages have two positions. A lot of Pro teams use them too0

Have a look at the Minoura website.0

Are we just talking about elongated holes in the cages, as all my cages ever bought have had them, or something more dramatic.
You say, or imply, that the holes in your bike are too far up and larger than 500ml bottles wont fit perhaps an option is to take extra bottles in a seat mounted cage, if you need more than two on the bike.0 -
The Alpina ones from Tery Dolan aren't bad, they're currently available from many places at £35-40 for a pair. And you can move them up and down, to a reasonable extent.0

Bottle entry point for a tacx tao is mid cage so reasonably decent on a small frame ... The missus had them on her 47cm 'dale with no hassles, just had to use a 500ml on the seat tube cage ...0

I'll buy one and see how it goes. Failing that, I can get my drill out and try some DIY hole making. The frame is the 44cm Ribble sportive bianco. Nice frame, 1049 grams without the massive seatcollar, great paint work, but the bottle bosses on the ST are tragic. When a cyclist has a disagreement with a car; it's not who's right, it's who's left.0
