brake problems

I recently changed my brake lever and bled all the air out of the system and topped the oil back up.

on long descents with hard braking, even when i release my brakes, my brake pads come closer into the disc and rub to the point that it is really slowing the bike down, the only thing i have been able to do is take the wheel off and pry them apart, then the same thing happens again on the next run, they are just not springing back far enough out and the lever only needs a light touch and the brakes are fully on.

i have been thinking of pumping a bit of air back into the system and see if that sorts it-any other ideas?
