Ive just bought a some rock shox lyrik solo airs with the DH mission control.
The forks have recently had the lowers replaced so theres no pressure guide on the fork lowers.
I weigh 159lbs (72kgs) with all gear so a lightweight ,im currently running 70PSI in the forks but they still seem very stiff.
Can anyone tell me what sort of pressure i should be running?
Ive played with all the adjustments and they seem to wash out on corners.
Also with them being used ive no idea as to what springs installed.
Any pressure guide would be appreciated....Im guessing though im running the wrong spring.
Thanks

you need what ever pressure you need to give a suitable sag.
it is an air fork (solo air) so no springs fitted."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

My bad...Yeah it is the solo air fork - here's me thinking I'm going to buy a softer spring.
I'll re check the sag

55psi, but you need to go off what feel right a few psi either way of that anyway, and mess with the rebound because that has an effect on whether the front end washes out or not too.0

Thanks ...is this off your forks?
@ 55 psi that gives me in the attack position 40mm to the o-ring0 -
forget the numbers. just set it to give the sag you want.
why do you think RS have gone to putting the sag numbers on the legs?
numbers mean very little unless you need to match the neg to the pos air."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."
