    Love the stem

What size is it? Looks tiny, and i was expecting it to be lighter than 7.5kg with all that carbon..

Its a 58cm, with 130mm stem. Compared to other cyclists I ride with who are similar size to me (6' 2", 13 st 6lb, inside leg 34 in) the frame always looks small compared to theirs due to sloping nature of top bar.

If it didn't have the pump then down at 7.1Kg - haven't measured it with the pump so didn't want to falsely brag.

  • is it just me or is the seat tube ridiculously sloped?!

    Whoah!!!

I was thinking SL3 for my next frame, I ride a size 58 but the way it looks like someone has squashed the rear end has put me off big time :(:(

I think the massive headtube just accentuates the sloping top tube. I don't mind the slope - but that headtube just looks mahoosive. Regardless, nice colour-coordination throughout.
  • But andy and alberto liked theirs last year , thats good enough for me :)

  • I was looking at an HTC SL3 in my LBS today, didn't look anywhere near as squashed at the back. Did look nice though, shame I don't have the cash.

is there an acceptable aesthetic length for seatposts then..? Presumably the guy has it that length because it is the right length for him.....

I've only put the Prologo saddle on recently. Due to lack of padding and overall shape, the depth is minimal.

In order to keep comfortable this meant raising the seatpost height.

The issue is the massive slope of the top tube causing you to have that much post.
