Seatclamp sizing

Need a new clamp and have seen how to size it here somewhere but cant find it.
I have a 31.8mm seatpost, are the clamp sizes shown, ie hope, relating to the seatpost or the frame tube.

    it is in the FAQs.

    seat post size has very little to do with things these days. Other than it will be bigger.

    all sizes are for the clamp.
