Well, this is the current state of mine and the missus' bikes, done a fair few upgrades recently to both.

Hers - Focus Vamp full suspension 2009

Shimano XT cassette (last one weighed double the XT)

Odi X-treme grips
Raceface Evolve XC seatpost
Sram X0 redwin derailleur
Hope Pro 2 Evo's with Stan Crests wrapped in Nobby's with silver go faster stripe.
Shimano XT cassette

They're both pretty much spot on for us both I might upgrade the stems/bars when I can be bothered or they break on both, I personally love the crests they roll so much better than the original DT 420SL's (not to say they were crap).

Weights for both bikes are 28lbs & 27lbs respectively, want to try and get a little lighter for both but without compromising durability/strength.
