......and change from SPD's back to flats!

want to move away from gadgets and stuff i dont need, i feel in love with cycling partly because of the adrenaline when flying down the side of the hill full tilt.

I find i am more tentative using spd's

so ladies and germs, i am finally growing a penis, the Flats are back on the bike as of tonight!

    i've been riding with spd's a fair while and "learning" to use them is probably beyond me now,

    just give me the flats and i'll beat you down the hill :wink:

    What about single sided SPD's! If your feeling a bit French, you can swap over.
