Had this on my bike for a while, but have barely used it so is practically new.

Getting it to go down is virtually impossible, unless I pull the lever and bounce up and down on the saddle. Coming back up its fine though.

I will strip and regrease it if and when I get any spare time, but thought Id ask in case anyone else had a quick fix?
Less internal organs, same supertwisted great taste.

    regrease.

If it is an old one the bearing might be going (they had a bad batch).

Check for scoring on the back of the stanc.
Why would I care about 150g of bike weight, I just ate 400g of cookies while reading this?
  • Ta. It's not old in a useage sense, but I've had it a while and I suspect its from an early batch.

Will check for scoring though. If bad it can go back to KS for warranty hopefully.

if it is bad you get the newest internals, a free upgrade.

SS is the best company for customer service in UK, way better than my dealings with Hope
