Installing poploc lever on Rockshox SID race fork

Hi all! First post here.

I recently upgraded the fork on my Cube Acid 2010 (RS Dart 3) to SID race 2010.
I just want to ask if I remove the poploc lever from the dart 3 to use on the SID will it work and is there any other part I need to buy?

I've been reading some PDF's on the SRAM website but they just confuse me even more.

If the SID doesn't have the correct damper cartridge, you'd have to replace that too.

The remote cartridge has an extra spring in it that allows it to return to open when you release the poplock. Personally I've never seen the point in remotes and have removed every one I've had.

I think this pushloc upgrade kit from CRC is the one for the SID:

Bit pricey, so I'll give it a miss.
Thought it's just a simple matter of swapping some springs and lever from my Dart 3. lol

any pop lock or push lock will work.

push lock is not an upgrade just an option.
